Per September 29, 2016 Resolution, the Tribunal summarily DISMISSED the election protest in accordance with Rule 23 of the 2015 HRET Rules and found that the allegations hurled by the protestant to be statements of mere conjectures, general allegations and mathemetical assumptions which miserably failed to establish a cause of action necessary to maintain an action.
