    1. SUPERVISING LEGISLATIVE STAFF OFFICER I
    (Section Chief, Procurement SG-23)
    General Services
    Item No. HETC-SLSO1-19-2000

    Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
    Experience: Three (3) years relevant experience; One (1) year of which must be in a supervisory capacity
    Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility
    Training: Sixteen (16) hours of relevant training

    Preferably has a Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/ Engineering/ Public Administration; has at least three (3) years experience in procurement laws, most specifically but not limited to the Government Procurement Reform Act (RA 9184); Knowledgeable in computer programs that would assist in the function of the Procurement Section, in particular and the General Service in general.


    2. LEGISLATIVE STAFF OFFICER III
    (Canvasser SG-19)
    General Services
    Item No. HETC-LSO3-21-2000

    Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
    Experience: One (1) year relevant experience
    Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility
    Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training


    3. LEGISLATIVE STAFF OFFICER III
    (Purchaser SG-19)
    General Services
    Item No. HETC-LSO3-22-2000

    Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
    Experience: One (1) year relevant experience
    Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility
    Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training


    Interested and qualified applicants should signify their interest in writing. Attach the following documents to the application letter and submit your applications at the Human Resource Management Service (HRMS) or through email at chiefhrms.hret@yahoo.com not later than March 31, 2021:

    1. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
    2. Performance rating in the present position for one (1) year (if applicable);
    3. Original copy of the authenticated certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
    4. Photocopy of Scholastic Record/Academic Record (Diploma and transcript of records (TOR); and
    5. Photocopy of certificate of trainings.
