    1. DIRECTOR II (SG-26)
    Cash Management Service
    Item No. HETC-DIR2-16-2000

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Master’s Degree or its equivalent
    Experience : Five (5) years of supervisory experience
    Training : 120 hours of managerial training
    Eligibility : Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility

    Other qualifications:
    - Preferably Certified Public Accountant (RA 1080);
    - With extensive knowledge on documentation related to handling of cash, disbursement, and review of supporting papers for liquidation purposes; and
    - With working knowledge of Commission on Audit (COA) auditing rules and Department of Budget (DBM) issuances and experience in government transactions.


    2. LEGISLATIVE STAFF OFFICER IV (Maintenance Supervisor) (SG-20)
    General Service
    Item No. HETC-LSO4-17-2000

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility

    Other qualifications:
    - Preferably a Civil Engineer (RA 1080);
    - Well-versed in technical/engineering operations, ground, facilities and equipment maintenance, and management; and
    - Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations

    Duties and Functions:
    - Schedules and undertakes maintenance inspection of building, materials, property, plant and equipment;
    - Sees to the proper maintenance of building, materials, property, plant and equipment;
    - Assist in the supervision of reproduction, messengerial, security, janitorial and chauffeur services;
    - Assist in the preparation of section’s work program, accomplishment report and budget;
    - Recommends disposal of equipment and properties beyond economical repair;
    - Conducts pre and post-repair inspection; and
    - Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


    3. LEGISLATIVE STAFF OFFICER III (Bookkeeper) (SG-19)
    Accounting Service

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Professional/Second Level eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Responsible for the following activities necessary in the preparation of financial statements:
       a. Assists in analyzing the correctness of entries in the books of account and financial statements;
       b. Prepares working papers for financial statements;
    - Prepares and maintains Journal of Analysis of Obligations;
    - Prepares and maintains Journal of Disbursements by Disbursing Officer of both Trust and Operating Accounts;
    - Prepares Bank Reconciliation Statement and Cash Flow Statement and Quarterly Financial Reports;
    - Maintains Book of accounting including General Ledgers, Subsidiary Ledgers;
    - Coordinates to COA as to other requirements to assure approval of disbursements in post audit; and
    - Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.


    4. Legislative Staff Assistant III (Page) (SG-11)
    Legal Service

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional/ First Level Eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Under immediate supervision performs clerical and messengerial tasks in connection with the meetings of the Tribunal;
    - Takes charge of the reproduction of agenda materials for each meeting;
    - Delivers the copies of the agenda materials to individual Tribunal members;
    - Ensures that rollos of cases in the agenda are available during Tribunal meetings and are returned promptly to their proper custodian after each meeting;
    - During meetings, guides members to the entrance of the meeting venue and to their respective seats;
    - Runs errands and attends to the minor needs of Tribunal members and the secretariat;
    - Generally assists in keeping the session/meeting room orderly; and
    - Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


    5. Legislative Staff Assistant III (Personnel Clerk) (SG-11)
    Human Resource Management Service

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Serves as Liaison Officer to the oversight agencies such as CSC, GSIS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and the like;
    - Assist the LSO II in the computation of leaves of all HRET employees;
    - Types, collates, organizes files service’s outputs and issuances;
    - Assists in the consolidation of SALNs, OPCRs and IPCRs;
    - Assists in the processing of employee benefits; and
    - Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.


    6. Legislative Staff Assistant III (Supply Clerk) (SG-11)
    General Service

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Receives and records supplies and materials;
    - Prepares, updates and maintains stock cards;
    - Records all transactions relative to the movement and usage of office supplies and materials; and
    - Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


    7. Legislative Staff Assistant III (Property Clerk) (SG-11)
    General Service

    Item No. HETC-LSA3-32-2000

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Receives and records supplies and materials;
    - Prepares, updates and maintains individual ledgers for properties issued;
    - Prepares and issues Property Acknowledgement Receipt (PAR) and Inventory Custodian Slip (ICS) to the End-user;
    - Prepares and maintains property cards for reference and inventory purposes; and
    - Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.


    8. Legislative Staff Assistant III (Administrative Clerk) (SG-11)
    General Service

    Item No. HETC-LSA3-33-2000

    Qualification Standards:
    Education : Completion of two (2) years studies in college
    Experience : Two (2) years relevant experience
    Training : Eight (8) hours of relevant training
    Eligibility : Career Service Sub-Professional/First Level Eligibility

    Duties and Functions:
    - Documents/communications received, routed, and tracked;
    - Schedules/calendars meetings/appointments/trainings/workshops;
    - Support/logistics to training and conferences (registration/attendance, tokens, certificates of appearance);
    - Preparation of supporting documents, petty cash, documents/forms; and
    - Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
