After the May 13, 2013 National and Local Elections, a total of thirty-seven (37) election contests were filed before HRET, composed of ten (10) Petitions for Quo Warranto and twenty-seven (27) Election Protests.

As of March 15, 2016, the Tribunal had already decided, and/or disposed, with finality, ALL of the thirty-seven (37) election contests filed for 2013-2016 congressional term.
