FINANCE and BUDGET SERVICE
The Finance and Budget Service is responsible for the preparation of the yearly budget of the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) from the moment the HRET's proposed budget is submitted and coordinated with the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), to its submission to the Congress and until it is finally included in the annual General Appropriations Act. It also monitors the HRET's participation in the yearly budget cycle and ensures compliance with the relevant circulars of the DBM.
The Finance and Budget Service is currently headed by Mr. Dominico G. Balang, Director II.
