OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY SECRETARY
Within the Office of the Secretary House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) is the Deputy Secretary who assists the Secretary in the performance of the latter's duties, acts as Secretary of the HRET in the absence of the latter, and perform such other functions as maybe assigned by the Tribunal, the Chairman, or the Secretary.
Atty. Melissa N. Leonardo-Rodriguez is currently the Deputy Secretary of the HRET.
