INFORMATION SYSTEM and
JUDICIAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT SERVICE
​The Information System and Judicial Records Management Service (ISJRMS), in coordination with the Offices of the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary and the Legal Service, is in charge of receiving, recording, docketing and disseminating copies of all pleadings, motions, manifestations and other pertinent documents filed by the parties relative to the electoral contests before the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET). The functions of the ISJRMS also include the reception and dissemination of orders, memoranda, notices, subpoenas, letters, transcript of stenographic notes and other communications to the concerned persons and parties.
Atty. Deogracias M. Natividad, Director II, supervises and manages the day-to-day operations of the ISJRMS.
